What I Did:

During my internship at NTX, I had the opportunity to work on two exciting projects that directly impacted the company's digital transformation efforts:

1. Customer Portal with Peppol Integration
   I developed the backend infrastructure for a customer portal aimed at simplifying invoice retrieval and uploads for clients. The portal supports Peppol, enabling companies to register and exchange invoices efficiently. I was responsible for building the majority of the backend architecture and collaborating on the frontend design, which provided NTX's customers with an easy-to-use interface to manage their invoices.

2. Internal AI Chatbot
   I created an AI-powered chatbot to streamline internal communication and support processes within NTX. The bot utilizes natural language processing (NLP) to respond to inquiries and assist with various tasks. I developed the backend for the chatbot, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, while contributing to the frontend’s voice chat interface. This project exposed me to cutting-edge AI technologies and allowed me to dive deep into modern machine learning practices.

How I Contributed:

• Technical Development: I played a pivotal role in both projects, especially in backend development and integration, while gaining hands-on experience with AI, cloud technologies, and Peppol.

• Collaboration: I worked closely with team members, handling both the technical aspects and collaborating on design and UI/UX improvements. Despite minimal documentation, I quickly adapted to the technologies and delivered functional solutions on time.
